Desert Classic Mustangs advertises  in Classic Auto Trader and also other publications and Classic Auto Trader online.  Online searches are  recorded for research. Mustangs are the number one search, Camaros are number 2, Corvettes are number 3. You can call and get the same info. To give you an idea for the demand of 67 & 68  In January there were 63,000 searches  for Mustangs on Classic  Trader Online! If only 1% of those searches (630 people) are serious people ready to buy there are not enough mustangs to go around. Especially project mustangs under $10,000 and most of those are damaged from accidents, rust, or basket cases.  This is why people buy the Dnycorn Shells at $15,500. The cars on this web site provide people a chance to purchase our cars at a savings and  still getting a real Ford Mustang with vin number and title.  Please be serious. Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement 

Client:                      Work Preformed by: Desert Classic Mustang LLC

Vehicle Description:   Mustang Fastback Conversion

·  This document is an acknowledgement that the vehicle may not meet local, state or federal laws. The vehicle must have a safety inspected after 100 miles, 400 miles and 1,000 miles from date of delivery by Desert Classic Mustangs LLC. Seat belts, critical bolts, steering, suspension, and any other parts will be inspected to help prevent any failures of their functions. You must submit the inspection report by email below. Desert Classic Mustangs LLC is not responsible for any parts or mechanical failures and body flexing. All parts installed are not factory parts and may not be DOT approved. Because your vehicle is considered an altered, structure wise and modified with performance parts , sheet body panels, stock replacement and or aftermarket parts , unless D.O.T approved no warranty will be passed along from factory vehicle. This includes any modified body structures including frame parts , handmade parts or aftermarket parts that is made by or installed by DCM. It is up to the customer to have safety inspections done on a regular basis. No labor or parts cost will be refunded at anytime.

· Desert Classic Mustangs LLC, its employees and sub contractors are not liable for ANY loss, damage, injury or death resulting in modifications done to your vehicle that you engaged them for. __________________decided upon these modifications, and not ideal outcomes may result from these modifications, and is understand changing anything from stock/factory settings has its risks.

· ___________________has  authorized Desert Classic Mustang LLC to undertake the agreed-upon modifications and understand this may void any manufacturer's warranty and has assumed full responsibility for making these decisions.

· Moreover, _____________understands that there are safety measures that should be taken at all times when operating the said vehicle. _______________ expressly acknowledges and assume additional risks and dangers that may result in property damage, physical injury and/or death that may be above and beyond the inherent dangers and risks of the operation of a more common vehicle.

· I agree to the greatest extent permitted by law, TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST AND TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREE NOT TO SUE DESERT CLASSIC MUSTANG LLC, OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES INCLUDING EMPLOYEES, SUB CONTRACTORS OR OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE CUSTOM BUILD OF THIS SPECIALTY VEHICLE, FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE PERFORMANCE OF THE OPERATION OF THE SAID, _____________ Mustang Fastback Conversion. ____________5 of the vin)
